1. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Triple7, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.

Return Window

You have 2 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After this period, we cannot accept return requests.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The part must be unused and never installed in a vehicle
  • The part must be in its original packaging, unopened and undamaged
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
  • The part must be in the same condition as when you received it

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Parts that have been installed or used in a vehicle
  • Electrical components that have been connected or tested
  • Parts with damaged or opened packaging
  • Special order items requested specifically for your vehicle
  • Items returned after the 2-day return window

Defective Parts

If you receive a defective part, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you. Defective parts must be reported within 2 days of delivery.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
