4. SHIPPING POLICY

Service Area

We currently deliver to Muscat, Oman only. We do not ship to other governorates at this time. We plan to expand our delivery coverage in the future.

Delivery Times

  • Muscat (within city): Same day or next day delivery for orders placed before 2:00 PM
  • Greater Muscat area: 1-2 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on part availability and order volume. We will contact you if there are any delays.

Delivery Fees

Under 25 OMR 2 OMR
25 - 50 OMR 1 OMR
Over 50 OMR FREE

Delivery fees are subject to change. Final delivery cost will be shown at checkout.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day
  • You will receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp or SMS when your order is out for delivery
  • Business hours: Saturday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Delivery Instructions

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address
  • Provide accurate phone number for delivery coordination
  • If you are not available, the driver will contact you to reschedule

Failed Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Wrong address provided
  • No one available to receive
  • Phone unreachable

We will attempt delivery again the next business day. After 2 failed attempts, the order will be returned and you will need to arrange pickup or pay for redelivery.

Order Tracking

We will send you updates via WhatsApp regarding your order status:

  1. Order confirmed
  2. Order being prepared
  3. Out for delivery
  4. Delivered

Damaged During Delivery

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Do not accept the package if damage is visible
  • Take photos of the damaged package
  • Contact us immediately at +968 9511 8157
  • We will arrange a replacement
