Welcome to Triple7. By accessing our website and placing orders, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

General Terms

  • You must be at least 18 years old to place an order
  • Minimum order value is 10 OMR
  • All prices are listed in Omani Rials (OMR)
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone

Orders and Payment

  • All orders are subject to availability
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders if parts are unavailable
  • Payment must be completed before order processing
  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers

Part Compatibility

  • It is your responsibility to ensure the part is compatible with your vehicle
  • We recommend verifying part numbers with your mechanic before ordering
  • If you are unsure, contact us via WhatsApp with your VIN number for assistance

Wrong Part Ordered

If you ordered the wrong part by mistake:

  • The package must be unopened and in original condition
  • You must request a return within 2 days of delivery
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility
  • We will process a refund once we receive the unopened item

If we sent you the wrong part:

  • Contact us immediately with photos of the part received
  • We will arrange for pickup and send the correct part at no extra cost
  • Full refund will be provided if the correct part is unavailable

Service Area

Currently, we only deliver within Muscat, Oman. Orders with delivery addresses outside Muscat cannot be fulfilled at this time.

Limitation of Liability

Triple7 is not liable for:

  • Damage caused by improper installation of parts
  • Vehicle damage resulting from using incompatible parts
  • Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, images, and text, is the property of Triple7 and may not be used without permission.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
